Kentec provides technical support specified to the local standards and customer requirements in more than 90 countries worldwide.
In recent years, Kentec’s life safety portfolio has expanded to include systems sales that include its wireless Ekho fire detection system, alongside Kentec’s renowned Syncro and award-winning Tatkis fire panels (available in 32 languages) to provide easy-to-install, highly reliable and convenient life safety solutions.
Launched in 2019, the Kentec Installation Partner (KIP) programme provides registered installers with dedicated training and a suite of resources. Now with more than 170 companies registered, across 15 countries, it is a key part of Kentec’s commitment to raising standards and professionalism, and ultimately ensuring that every Kentec installation is optimised for maximum safety and user convenience.
The Kentec Authorised Distributor Scheme (KAD) is a global network of specialists, experts and trained fire alarm distribution companies, that have been carefully selected to ensure optimum service for installers and end-users. The scheme provides distributors with unrivalled training and resources and includes 75 businesses across 21 counties.
