Users text a location code and will receive a reply confirming they are registered. The text will contain a link where users can choose an alert preference including text, email, Whatsapp or voice.
When the alarm is activated the user will receive an emergency alert straight to their mobile phone. The available DMS alert types are: Text message, Phone call, WhatsApp, Email
- ‘Fire’ or other emergency messages to subscribers
- Alert messages to nominated people, controlled by your system administration
- Persistent notification using automated voice call
- Personalised messages for each DMS service, as required.
